COOKSON SMITH, Peter
Dr Peter Cookson Smith is an architect, planner and urban designer. He is a director of URBIS, the firm he founded in Hong Kong in 1977 – one of the first planning, environmental and landscape design consultancies in Asia. Over the past 25 years the firm has won more than 50 local and international awards for their work in Hong Kong and China. He is an Honorary Professor at the Department of Architecture, the University of Hong Kong, and is the 2005 Convenor of the Joint Planning and Architectural Institute’s Urban Design Alliance.
