Impression Architecture – Graphic Design of Shinnoske Sugisaki is a rare poster monograph by a renowned, award–winning graphic designer from Osaka: Shinnoske Sugisaki. It presents a collection of his most significant works with essays by curators Wilhelm Hornbostel and Juergen Doering of Museum Kunst und Gewerbe Hamburg.

This volume is part of two design books published on the occasion of the exhibition: ‘Virtue, Truth, Beauty – Graphic Design of Shinnoske Sugisaki and Yoshimaru Takahashi’ which is hosted at Museum Kunst und Gewerbe in Hamburg from 23 November 2007 to February 2008. Engaged in graphic design (from analog to digital) for the past 30 years, the two Japanese designers embrace different design expressions and aesthetics, yet share a common admiration for the beauty of Chinese characters and an experimental spirit in design and education. Selected design works are featured in the collections of museums in Japan and overseas.
