Gregg Li G. Ka-Lok is the founder and chairman of G. Li & Company Ltd and is currently Professor of Practice at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, teaching graduate level courses in strategy, innovation, governance, and entrepreneurship at this university and others. He is also the Chairman of Invotech Limited, an independent think-tank on innovation and technology for Hong Kong, Vice Chairman of the Business and Professional Federation of Hong Kong; an Adviser at the Advisory Board of the Center of Family Business at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, as well as, at the Asian Advisory Board of Washington University in St Louis. 

Li is the founding and past President of the Institute of Management Consultants of Hong Kong and was their Ambassador to China. Dr Li started his career in consulting at American Express TRS during the 1980s, and has led consulting teams and practices, both internationally and locally, including for Aon Corporation, University of Hong Kong, PWC, and G. Li & Company Ltd. Li graduated from Washington University in St. Louis (Liberal Arts), University of Hawaii in Economics (MA), UCLA (MBA), and University of Warwick in Coventry (Engineering Doctorate). 

Charles Foley, CMC, FIMC. 

With over 30 years of consulting and teaching experiences training management consultants in the UK, Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and China, Charles started his career at PriceWaterhouse in UK, moved onto KPMG in Australia, then to the University of Hong Kong, and finally as Director at the Academy. Charles has a BA, Grad. Dip, and MBA from the University of Liverpool and currently resides in Stratford-upon-Avon in the UK. 

Alfred Ho, CMC, FIMC. 

Alfred has been editing journals, books, magazines and consulting reports on management and engaged in management consulting for many years. Alfred is an Oxford University accredited Development Adviser, Assessor, and Internal Verifier of the NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) system in Management. He is now the Provost of the Academy and a Principal at G. Li & Company. Alfred received his BSocSc and MBA from the University of Hong Kong and an MSc in information systems from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
