A devotee of the traditional art of bamboo and paperbinding, following these early explorations artist Eva Yuen Man Wah has been experimenting with environmental installation sculpture made from local craft materials and toys with new approaches to sculpture and finding a new freedom in expression.  

Yuen first studied graphic design at the Columbus College of Art and Design in Ohio and obtained her Master's in Art Education at the University of Case Western Reserve in Cleveland, Ohio. Yuen has exhibited her works covering many art forms in the States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Hong Kong. She currently lectures at the School of Design, Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
